Since I joined in March 2017, my personal and professional development within aProperties has been exponential.

It is a job that demands constant interaction with people, inside and outside the company, something which makes it an enriching and new experience every single day.

Since I started collaborating with aProperties, I have had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. During these almost three years, I have learned and continuously developed, acquiring key knowledge and fundamental skills, always accompanied by people willing to share their experience and provide support.

This constant learning has led me to take on a new challenge as the director of residential and office rentals in Barcelona and Sant Cugat, a challenge I face with enthusiasm and confidence, knowing that I have the best tools and the support of an exceptional company.

I feel very lucky to be part of the aProperties team. It is a place where, from the very first moment, I felt very welcome and in tune with my colleagues. We each had our own independence, but we have always shared the mindset of working together during important moments, both professional and personal ones (for me, the birth of my daughter, without a doubt).

In all these years, I have used all my mindset and commitment to learning from the most senior people, something which has allowed me to develop to the point of managing my own team of advisors.

Accepting the challenge that Armando Lasauca proposed to me ten years ago to form and lead a sales team in a new real estate company that would be called aProperties was one of the best decisions I have made in my professional life.

What began as a new chapter in my professional life has turned into a story filled with learning, friendship, and personal growth.

I have always tried to share with our collaborators the passion for our work and to convey to them the values of professionalism, efficiency, and closeness that have been fundamental to the success of aProperties. Now, I have been given the opportunity to manage the general direction of the Mallorca office. I take on this new challenge with great enthusiasm, respect, and motivation.
