La Sagrada Família

Sagrada Família, formerly known as El Poblet, is one of the neighborhoods that make up the Eixample district, in the center of Barcelona. Approximately in the center of the neighborhood is the world-famous temple of Gaudí's Sagrada Familia, still under construction. The Avinguda de Gaudí starts from this temple, which leads to the northern end of the neighborhood, where you will find the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, another magnificent work of Catalan modernism that, together with the temple of the Sagrada Familia, has been declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. There is good bus and metro communication (Sagrada Família, Hospital Sant Pau, Encants and Glòries).
