Castellana

The Castellana district is bordered by María de Molina Street in the north, Príncipe de Vergara in the east, Don Ramón de la Cruz in the south and Paseo de la Castellana in the west. The latter gives it its name and along with the Paseo del Prado and Paseo de Recoletos, La Castellana forms a main roadway that runs through Madrid from north to south. It has numerous offices, restaurants and public buildings, especially ministries and embassies from different countries.
