Guadarrama

Municipality located in the northwestern part of the Community of Madrid. Until recently, it has been a vacation area for the people of Madrid, due to its nature and proximity to Madrid.

Currently, due to its location, excellent communications, and services, it has become a place of habitual residence.

Nearby municipalities: Alpedrete, Collado Villalba, San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Galapagar, and Torrelodones.

The area or development of Los Negrales is located near the Sierra de Guadarrama and close to the center of Collado Villalba, making it an excellent residential area. It has significant public facilities: parish church, public preschool and primary school, private-concerted school (Agustinos), sports center, senior center, municipal park, pharmacy. It has a public bus service and a suburban train station (line C-8b). It is also located near the urban center of Collado Villalba, which greatly facilitates shopping and leisure activities.
