Between January and October, the average price of housing in Spain rose by 4.8%, standing above the capitals and large cities and the Balearic and Canary Islands, with a revaluation of 7.3% and 6.1%, respectively .
The average value in the Mediterranean coast showed an increase of 4.3% in this period, while the rest of the municipalities segment did so by 2.5%, while in the metropolitan areas the average price of housing improved a 1.9% compared to the close of the previous year.
