La Creu Coberta
The area of La Creu Coberta in Valencia is a residential neighborhood located to the south of the historic center of the city. It is delimited by Avenida del Cid to the north, Avenida de Peris y Valero to the east, Dr. Lluch street to the south and Central Park to the west.
The neighborhood has numerous squares, such as Plaça Carrasca, Plaça Sant Agustí and Plaça La Farga, and pedestrian streets such as Plaza del Doctor Collado or Trafalgar street.
In the area there are several emblematic buildings, such as the Mercado de Jesús, the Olympia Theater and the Colegio de las Hermanas Carmelitas, as well as several churches such as the Hermitage of San Sebastián.
The proximity of the Central Park adds great value to the area, since it is the largest urban park in the city, with an area of 110 hectares and various spaces for outdoor leisure and sports.
