San Francesc
Sant Francesc forms a part of the historic quarter of Valencia whose centre is the main square for the city, la plaza del Ayuntamiento, where Las Fallas (Valencia's most important town festival) are celebrated every year with bands and enormous paper maché figures. In the square, the breathtaking City Hall and the eclectic National Post buildings are found. Nearby, the MuVIM (the Valencian Museum of the Enlightenment and Modernity) is home to temporary art exhibitions. The zone is full of shops and international restaurants in an informal setting.
