aProperties launches a new business line specialized in the marketing of new developments promotions.
Currently, the company has about 30 promotions of this type in portfolio, which means approximately 300 units. Most of them are located in Barcelona, in the neighborhoods of Ciutat Vella, Eixample and Zona Alta. The real estate company has a wide portfolio of promotions among which are some of the best investment opportunities for both end customers and investors.
The forecast for the new business line is to have, at the end of 2020, approximately 700 properties in the portfolio and to continue expanding the offer gradually in other towns in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, such as Badalona and Sant Cugat.
