On May 9th, an event was held in the offices of aP Valencia with the aim of recruiting the most qualified professionals and making a formal interview a more dynamic, entertaining and relaxed process of recruiting new staff.
We like to integrate in our company the people that best adapt to the values of the company, and for that reason we have already carried out this event for two years in which the candidates found themselves in a more than relaxed environment.
The event began with the intervention of Cristina Recasens, General Director of the Valencia office, welcoming each and every one of the candidates.
Then the act continued with a brief explanation about the projection of the company from its beginnings in 2014. An emotional speech about the involvement and teamwork that has made us grow and increase market share within the real estate market.
Then there were many interventions by the members of this great team: Elena Lafuente and Javier Hernaiz, both Sales Directors, and Amparo Valls as Director of Rentals, explained how it is the day to day in our facilities. They also explained what are the keys to the success of a real estate consultant, the compensation system and the full range of possibilities offered by the company and the advantages of working in aP.
In addition, we also had the presence of the Marketing Director, Albert Pozo, who explained the company's strategy, its target audience, and the entire set of tools that the company provides to the commercial teams.
We also had the presence of two of our consultants from the sales and rental departments, who explained their experience in the company and their daily routine.
Cristina Lozoya, Director of Human Resources, explained what is the internal growth plan within the company, the importance of the human team, the care of each of the consultants and the set of social benefits provided by theProperties.
The session ended with a cocktail in the office where a range of questions and answers were opened among the attendees summoned and the different members that make it up.
